recently purchased the Cascade Weekender from Portland Gear and, unfortunately, it hasn’t worked out the way I hoped.
I’m a nurse and currently breastfeeding, so my intention was to use the main compartment for my work gear and the bottom “shoe” compartment as a cooler for pumped milk and ice packs. I even bought a slim insulated insert (technically meant for soda cans!) to keep that bottom section clean and dry. On paper, it felt like the perfect setup.
