Your staff at the PDX airport store are the real reason I bought this gear. For one, it looked too expensive to buy; but wasn't so that slowed me down to really look. Then, the store clerks were so friendly and supportive and did not pressure me, but were so geniune and made my time in PDX a joy. They helped me to problem solve, too: I think I am stronger than I am and pack more than I can carry in two bags; plus, I was going to rainy place so I needed waterproof bags.
