I really like the glasses themselves—they’re stylish, comfortable, and exactly what I was looking for. However, the ordering process was an absolute nightmare. The company sent me the wrong prescription inserts, and to make matters worse, they didn’t even fit properly into the glasses.
Dealing with customer service was beyond frustrating. They only communicated through email, and it took a full 24 hours to get a response to each message. It felt like I was trying to reach someone on Mars with how long it took to resolve even the smallest issue. Instead of a quick fix, the process dragged on unnecessarily.
Honestly, I should have spent more money and ordered from a company with better service. While I’m ultimately happy with the glasses, the hassle of getting them was not worth it.

The glasses didn’t have a CE mark. I contacted them to ask if it’s CE certified and they said. But under European law, it’s mandatory to have this mark so I asked if they can prove this or maybe it was a bad lot and I can return it and have a CE certified glasses. I have followed up on this email and they ghosted me.
