Worst customer service ever!! Ordered a pair over 2 months ago. Still haven’t gotten them. They were delivered to an address other than the one on the original invoice (in another state). Now their customer service only sends me a response saying “they were delivered” with a link to their shipment tracker. I have even forwarded the original purchase confirmation that shows the correct address for shipping. My last email was responded with telling me to contact the shipping company.

Customer service was prompt with their responses, which I appreciated but the product was junk and I still paid way too much money for them. Since the glasses were defective SAOLAR should have paid the return shipping. Rather than offering me 30 percent off to keep them. I should have listened to other people’s reviews and steered clear. Not a good customer experience.

I do not recommend this company! Disappointing that they will not accept the glasses back unless I pay for the postage myself. And If you have a smaller face, don’t purchase these glasses unless you wanna look like a very large bug, it’s a very big pass!!!
