Very bad communication from customer service, very late delivery. I put order and paid on 6th May and received the bike on 3rd June. Never ever order from duotts again and I will share my experience with my colleagues and friends.

I waited 20 days for the bike to arrive at my address. The bike was ordered with hydraulic brakes, and it arrived with ordinary cable brakes, and later I received hydraulic brakes that I have to install myself.
