THANK YOU VERY MUCH. THE SERVICE YOU PROVIDE IS UNIQUE. THE SAME IS THE QUALITY AND RELIABILITY OF DOUOTTS PRODUCTS. THE C29 BIKE I BOUGHT IS A BEAST. THE AREA I LIVE IN IS FULL OF BIG SLOPES, AND IN MANY POINTS THE ROADS ARE NOT SMOOTH. THE BIKE DOESN'T STOP ANYWHERE ON THEM. I WEIGH 110 KILOS AND IT CLIMBS UP A SLOPE LIKE A 4x4. I ORDERED A SECOND BATTERY FOR MORE FREQUENT DAILY USE. I HOPE IT WILL HOLD UP. RELIABLE FOR A LONG TIME. THANKS DOUOTTS TEAM AGAIN.
