Dear Duotts,
I am writing to file a complaint regarding a bicycle I ordered from Duotts (Order #14156).
The bike was delivered with hydraulic brakes; however, after only a few weeks of use, the brakes have started leaking oil, which is completely unacceptable. I have attached two images clearly showing that even after thoroughly cleaning the brake discs, a short ride and light braking cause oil from the leaking system to contaminate the discs again.

The shipping whas a little bit longer. I get my bicycle in 2 weeks and half. But overall i got my bike and i'm happy. The problem with shipping was in my country. From Poland to Romania was 3 days and to get in my city i needed to wait more than 4 days.
