Well the process was fairly easy and keept in the loop from.the customer services team and was so very helpful and the bike just wow it has made my life so.much easier getting to and from work the bike is easy to assemble the hardest part was getting it out the box so far I have done 173 miles on my bike in 3 weeks and cant fault it so far honestly the best e bike for the money well spent and so would recommend to people and also have warranty im sure customer services would help if needed 😉👊

So far so good but I had problem with the contact to the speed kontroll which diddnt fit propert ( contact ) . It was so hard to fit it so I don’t no for the moment if it works ( haven’t tried it yet ) . Otherwise I am positive surprised at the bice .
