The one side is not soft it is scratchy. The color is not actually grey it is some purple gray color. The sheet is also not grey. I reached out to customer service multiple times and they haven’t responded. I want to return the item but no one gets back to you to get a return label. Warning do NOT buy from this company. Buyer beware!! I am filing a complaint with the BBB and notifying my credit card about this fraudulent company.
