I absolutely love this product! It exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and performance. However, I was disappointed with the customer service experience. Just a few hours after I made my purchase, the product was discounted by 20%, which was a greater discount than the one I initially received. I reached out via email to inquire about adjusting my price to match the new discount, but unfortunately, my emails were ignored. While I’m thrilled with the product itself, better communication from the customer service team would have made this experience perfect.
