The uploading of company logos for the design process was a little clunky. Initially used the designer in the Officeworks website, but then I wasn't able to save the design to proceed to printing. I then dealt directly with Tapt which didn't seem to have access to the same designer page. I ended up sending through screenshots of the Officeworks design proof to allow the Tapt people recreate the design, which worked in the end (thanks to their patience) but not as seamless as it should be
