Web instructions a bit difficult to follow but customer service excellent. Design process very good and delivered in good timing once design approval complete. Love it but also the option of a two way contact to gain a database. If the fields for the two way form could have the work email field replaced with just the word email. It saves confusion and an explanation to the client. People hesitate otherwise. Good product and happy with both options

Most people had not heard of this type of contact exchange. After I explained the process to them, they were intrigued by the concept and possiblity of eliminating paper cards. Depending upon the cell phone the other individual had, some perferred to use the air drop feature. TAPT might consider a "semi-custom" option where a simple logo can be added to the basic card (for those of us without detailed graphics needs) Overall, a great concept.

I’ve been looking for decades for this and tried and indeed worked on several attempted solutions. NFC not perfect but is the best solution widely available and the Tapt implementation and service is very good and well on the way to being excellent. With more branding and customisation options for the profile page it will be excellent and I’m sure they’ll get there soon and build their market lead.
