The order experience was exemplary! Top notch. The communication was amazing. Package was packed nicely and arrived right on time (technically it was early!). When my traction pad fell off, it took days for customer support to respond to me and while they gave me a discount on a replacement pad, they said I installed it incorrectly and still wanted to charge me $10 in shipping for a $25 pad. At that price, I could get a name brand pad of higher quality from any competitor.
