I'm very grateful and I don't have to worry about iron infusions or the headaches from the prescription iron supplements that my doctor prescribed. I highly recommend anyone who cannot deal with the side effects from prescription iron supplements to give these a try as I have done my blood work is my proof that my iron levels have improved and are stable and my doctor is satisfied. I apologize for not showing my iron levels before and after paperwork, because that's personal, although I can say I too were in the single digits these holistic iron supplements still worked and they worked fast.
