I started 10/27 but my energy level has risen. I haven’t weighed my self but clothes are starting to fit better and the bloating is gone. One of the teas is absolutely disgusting I taste but gradually gets manageable (oranges have become my new best friend while drinking it). If you’re not used to eating on the healthier side then it’ll be a struggle for a while with cravings and headaches. But it gets better and honestly I feel so much better consuming healthier foods.

One thing for sure whatever your body is battling it is sure to bring it out. I shared this tea with my daughter, we lost 8lbs each. Horrible taste but it gets better with time but I would recommend to start exercising the first day and the second day see how your body is adjusting then continue to exercise but it does make you rest that temple of yours but overall experience I give it an A.

Excellent product it works like a charm I was in the bathroom for sure. It wasn’t as bitter as everyone said lol because I grew up in Jamaica I am use to drinking bitter tea. Notable change since then I use the bathroom every day now and more frequently. I feel much better, I haven’t gone back to eating rice, bread mostly vegetarian.
