This was a great jump start to my weight loss journey. Wow! I read the reviews for about two weeks before placing my order. I knew what to expect. The teas are bitter but the overall benefits outweigh the taste. MyBP has fluctuated but to my surprise, Since starting the detox my fasting glucose has been between 89 to 100 mg/dl consistently down from the 111-120 mg/dl fasting range. I’m impressed!
