On august 15th I paid USD 65 shipping costs to get the package send by DHL Express and get it in time (1-3 days) to start the 30 day detox program. They never shipped the package. I sent several emails, even via the contact form on the website regarding this matter. They ignored me. Only to receive a notification from FedEx today the 2nd of September that they received my package. They shipped it today via FedEx economy. I want my money back right now!
