Still awaiting an update on revisions that were supposedly made received a canvas with no revisions. $219 worth of picture to get the back of darth maul head Apparently even though my original images and description was not enough to get a picture that met those requested notes. When I received the first draft I opted for revisions that were included in the message. This was a guaranteed Christmas delivery order. Despite my communication efforts my picture was not only delayed but none of the revisions were made even though I was sent an email my husbands complexion, color of light saber and darth maul imagery would be resolved and sent to me. Got my canvas image no revisions as promised, Christmas delivery guarantee not fulfilled, i never confirmed this image was approved for printing and never received a digital image either. Worst customer service. experience ever.
