I asked for my glasses to be included in my picture. They weren’t. I asked my hair to be drawn long and in a ponytail. It was drawn short in a bob. My blonde husband was drawn with brown hair. I was only given 24 hours before the art was “automatically approved” and I couldn’t ask for any changes, even if I paid extra. They never even responded to my request for revisions. Very disappointed.
