I ASKED FOR MY SONS SKIN TO BE LIGHTER AND FOR ONE LETTER TO BE CHANGED AND IT TOOK MONTHS!!! WORSE MONEY IVE SPENT. I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. One point of annoyance I face every time is that I like to be detailed in my inputs, and often the form will refresh mid-input, causing me to lose all my progress. Frustrating. I usually end up typing everything out in a notes app or something and copy-pasting

Purchased my image and it was a system issue so I was unaware I didn’t buy the canvas. It took days to correct and I was told I could no longer cancel and I was forced to purchase the item. After a week I was asked to verify my address which I did and I’m thinking finally my item will be send. Only to receive a second email asking me to verify my address again. The absolute worst customer experience!! I believe this could possibly be a scam. I will never use this site again.
