I had to drive 2 times to the store (Oshawa Centre) because of worker's mistakes, both times came for nothing. First I came to return jacket, the worker half an hour tried to type on computer details about returning, then finally game me receipt , I asked should i insert my card or return will come automatically? She said automatically. I was happy, said thank you. Let the store. Drove all the way home ( a bit far). At home I checked email etc - no confirmation, no notification. I checked my receipt- it says Cash. Return Cash. I was in shock!!! No cash received, no return on card. I drove to store again... I showed receipt, instead of apologizing and resolving the problem, they just pushed me to get my jacket back. No help at all. Great business... what s shame.
