My experience has not been that great. I ordered a bag for a trip and was not able to take it on my trip, the quality of the bag was terrible, visible damage throughout the bag and it was dirty. I contacted customer service with the complaint and they offered me a return label for the product to be exchanged. I do not have a printer and I do not drive. This whole experience has been a huge inconvenience for me and Danier should value their customer’s time

I have purchased multiple items from Danier from jackets to other clothing as well as purses, duffels and scarves, ear muffs, gloves etc and love the high quality leather and durability of pieces! I no longer have a store nearby so very disappointed when my Windsor location closed so I do buy items on line but more difficult to determine sizes thus sometimes frustrating. This has impeded some of my purchases and buying all that I would but still happy with all the products and overall shopping experience. Thx Danier!
