I started shopping with Danier 17 years ago. It was sad when the stores closed, and I was happy to get you on line recently. Your customer service is awful. This was my first time trying to return an order. They will not respond or make clear the process. Each question took them 2-3 days to respond, only to be told I was out of time for returns. They are aware of the limited time and will drag you along. It's as though they want to push the product on you and dislike returns. I am disappointed.

I wanted to buy in-person, but when I went into the store they didn't have the size I needed. They offered to order it into the store for an easier return if needed, but upon calling the warehouse, were told they didn't have the size, either. However, it showed as available for online purchase. I gave 4 stars because it ended up working out, but if not, I would've had a much more difficult to return to deal with as online orders cannot be returned in person.
