A refund should be your full amount returned. No options for partial a d other mickey mouse options. Here in USA we get full refund if product is not to our satisfaction. There is no reason why you shouldn't have a hub here in USA to do within this country returns. !!! In fact im sure you already have one but yet just dont want to give ppl.their money back!
