While the purse is gorgeous quality and color, the fact that the should strap was missing is a huge disappointment. The customer service and I have many back and forth emails…. No resolution in sight, they just keep asking me to check again. Which we have done throughly. If there was any true intent in helping… a shoulder strap should have already been sent. So now I am forced to seek a shoulder strap elsewhere….such a heartbreaking disappointment
