I had never heard of this company and walked in by chance at an outlet mall. I received great customer service but some things were a little misleading. For instance I was told if anything happens I could get a replacement up to 4 years. I noticed I was charged for that warranty without being told! Also one of my $20 charms has already fallen off. Lastly, I had a bag full of expired coupons.

I use my iPhone for internet. This site has not been user friendly for me. When I click on an item I want to search within the site, a page with a single written description of the item keeps popping up and not the page that I can see the various photos and ordering options for the item.
