I got upsold like crazy and I was ok with it until the charm in stores clasp was faulty and they forgot to mail one (as they suggested) leaving me to track down where it was (never sent or even had a record of needing to send) and actually getting it mailed out to me. Wore it once and the necklace fell off! Lost the charm and the extended warranty doesnt cover this. I literally had this set for maybe 2 weeks. Super disappointing!!
