Ordered a Mother's Day gift of two bracelets that was supposed to come with a free bracelet and free Mother's Day surprise. They only shipped one bracelet so I had to reach out for the other one I ordered. Took multiple emails and delays to get the other one I ordered and still no free one or Mother's Day surprise. Tried to return the 4pacl perfume as two of them are horrendous and they're customer service is terrible to respond and when they do they never bothered to read the actual email.
