I used to be a big fan of The Bird Collective and have ordered from them happily in the past. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing.
I have reached out multiple times for a refund or exchange due to product issues, and I have been completely ignored. It’s frustrating to support a brand and then be ghosted when there is a legitimate issue with the product.
I would caution potential buyers that the quality is not what it used to be and good luck getting a response.
