I may have just got lucky but they were quicker than anticipated with shipping. Unfortunately with a full household, it was not communicated that it arrived. I received the email that said it may take a couple of days after it’s marked delivered. A week later I reached out to support and Ajay was quick to email back with good customer service and tracking information. Turns out it was at the house the whole time: embarrassing on my end but I appreciated the professionalism and fast reply.
