The shipping process was really good and fast and I have nothing to complain about. As to the product itself, I was really sad to realize that for those of us who like tinkering with smart home and have Home Assistant setup, Sensibo's API is Cloud-only and they do not allow us to take control of the device in order to work offline. There are several ways this could be done, and I really don't understand why there wouldn't be a reason not to allow that — those of us who want a local-only solution

Out of 6 room sensors that I ordered, 2 were faulty. With both, the batteries leaked and made the sensors non-functional. While the service was good and I got a redelivery of replacement sensors promptly, I was deeply disappointed with the quality of the product and with the lack of minimal quality assurance. It makes we feel uncomfortable with future purchases of Sensibo products, as well as concerns as for the quality of the other products that I've already purchased.
