When I was shopping for this system, I called to confirm its compatibility and inquire about some specifications. Despite customer service initially assuring me of compatibility, they later admitted that I couldn’t utilize the energy-saving features. Sensino, however, refused to take responsibility for their product or offer any form of resolution. My shopping experience was thoroughly disappointing.
