Great deal

For some reason, when I was ordering what I wanted, the system kept adding things I didn't want, and I was unable to edit my order. I deleted it entirely, and started again, but couldn't avoid the problem without contacting a third party for help.

I purchased 4 Groupons for this company. I ordered 5 prints with the Groupon purchase previously but made a mistake by not inputting one of the Groupon coupon codes. I immediately emailed the company to address the issue. I was told to send pictures of the Groupon codes in which I did. The company stated that they could stop the order but chose to extend the email conversation so that the order could be processed and shipped out. I paid full price for an additional canvas of the same photo. I explained that I had no need for a duplicate. The company refused to issue me the refund. I’m highly disappointed of the lack of help that this company chose to provide. They clearly could see the mistake. I will never make a purchase from this company for the lack of customer cooperation.
