I’m very happy with my canvas!

It would be nice to have a preview of the picture on the order to make it easier to know which one I’m looking at. I ordered several and was not sure which one was on the way and which one was getting ready to ship.

it took more than a month to get the canvas which unfortunately was a Christmas present. The process for entering my groupon code would not work so i was charged full price and had to wait for a refund for the additional charge. i was supposed to get a notice when the item was shipped but i never got one. Communication was very confusing. all in all it was a very difficult and unpleasant experience which required an inordinate amount of my time and effort.

Fix the information on the Groupon so others do not experience what I went through.

Merchant should contact customer with printing issues before printing. They admitted they should have contacted me to tell me the printed picture had one subject’s face cut off but refused to reprint or refund my money. Terrible! I will never do business with them again. No one should!

I had issues being able to see one of my photos before ordering. I think it was held up by an old Groupon code.

Couldn’t ask for a more perfect shopping experience than with Discount Canvas. Had a problem with my first picture submitted and their customer service got in touch with me and we worked out a new photo to use. Very nice and polite people. My canvas photo came out super nice!

I had to send three different pictures because they wanted to advise me it may not be clear because the pictures were so pixelated. I finally went with my original and it looked great.

It was difficult to get the picture I needed uploaded to the area

I had problems with the code from Groupon at first. I thought the discount came off automatically but I had to apply the code before I entered my payment method.

Everything was VERY easy. They contacted me to let me know that the picture I submitted would be pixelated if they printed it, so I uploaded a new one and it came out looking beautiful...THANK YOU!!!
