My product came without the included accessories, but the company was very apologetic and sent the missing components to me.

I've only owned acoustic guitars before, and this is more different than I thought. There are almost too many options and permutations on the settings to systematically explore. Overall, the sound is growing on me, and I like the portability of it. The true test for me will be: in a month, year, or 2 years, what guitar will I instinctively reach for when I want to start a practice session? If it's this Donner, then I'll know I'm happy with it (and happier with it than my current acoustics).

As soon as you purchase - even if it is on a weekend when there is no possible way that they are shipping anything, they will tell you the item is shipped and that you cannot change or cancel your order - even if it was just minutes later. They did respond hours later that same day to let me know and said I could refuse it, but it was delivered to my apartment complex who accepted it on my behalf so I was unable to refuse it and had to decide whether to keep it or send it back.

Guitar action entirely too high. Strings are poor quality. Checking return policy.

I had originally purchased the wrong guitar, the Hush X, Open box. I had to send it back, so that I could buy the Hush X Pro. It was easy to do, and the Donner staff were very helpful!

I have made a few purchases with Donner, and almost every time has been perfect—I experienced what I thought was a fairly minor problem with a drum module, and Customer Service was extremely attentive in satisfying me. They went above and beyond in their effort…as if they’d known me for many years. Totally satisfied with my purchases.

Shopping experience was great! They are super fast at getting their shipments out! They corresponded well and in a timely manner consistent with what is stated on their website. Now during shipping, it received some dings with the box torn so contents were minimally exposed, but it was well-packaged on the inside with no damage to the piano noted at all. Everything sounds in key and all components were present and function properly as far as I can tell.

I had a slight issue with the Hush C that I ordered. One of the body supports had become loose. After sending a message to customer service, they promptly responded. They sent detailed pictures and instructions on how to repair the problem. It only took me a few minutes to complete the repairs.
