Number one. This company lie about the 30 day trial. I received the merchandise. I opened the bag I saw how bad the hair was. I send a message right away and they say if you open the bag we would not accept the return. So now I have no more choice to throw it in the garbage. Thus company. It’s a scam. People dont waste your money They lie to take your money

It's actually a great product, but it is not that great for my hair. I need to return it, but I don't see any possible way to get in touch with anyone.

It was priced decent.

This company is legit. I'm telling you I'm not easy to please, but they were all cool and handled everything I threw in stride never loosing step once! They've made a life-long customer!

Very uncomfortable. Still needed clips to hold it in place. Never brushed smoothly into my natural hair. Generally missing 5 steps in any tutorial video seen on fb.
