It was fine. I understand there are no returns for the special sales but it is a bummer if the hair done not match in color to someone's hair. The point is to not be able to tell. I would hate to buy anything that doesn't end up working as it should and not being able to return the item.

The shopping experience was ok, the color of the hair was a match but the quality of the hair was not great. The hair constantly gets tangled and when I try to touch up the curls on the curly halo i received it went completely straight. I set my heat setting on low and the hair refuses to curl. I just wish I could get a refund as I am not happy with the product overall

Terrible product. The feel, the sound, the size of the weft, everything is subpar. Feels like Halloween hair. I hate it, and I hate that I can't return it. Highly disappointed I wasted my money and can't get it back.

The straight halo was not ideal. The piece that should allow for tightening the wire was not functional, and when trying to curl the straight halo, the hair fibers burned. Please replace!

I think your refund policy is deceiving. You can’t say satisfaction guaranteed or your money back but then say if the package is opened, we can’t refund you because how are you supposed to know if you’re satisfied if you can’t try it on

It’s misleading to say there will be a color match.

Its a cute shop, but the product is not usable. The wire is visible, the clip ins drag hair like any non-halo extensions, the hair gets tangled in an unnatural way, the lenght of the hair extension is wider than my head, so I cannot use it.
