The first halo I got the color was darker than I had wanted it to be. So I did a color match quiz and they sent me a new halo that matched my hair almost perfectly. The customer service was amazing and prompt and super kind! I will definitely recommend you guys. Thank you!

Shopping was great but the extensions dont fit

I didn’t even open the package. The extensions came in, but was not allowed to return them.

Didn't like, didn't fit, couldn't adjust, no reply when requested return.

Wish they would stay on my head. I don't have thick enough hair to hold it on. The little combs do not stay.

Awful grossly misrepresented product that didn’t even match and totally damaged your hair with those clips. And zero customer support and very misleading about returns.

Frustrating to say the least. The process to color match should be clearly stated up front since the risk is very high of it not matching from the online images. I would not have purchased if I had known.

Website says easy returns and money back guarantee. I tried to return and could only get half back.

Could not match my hair color after three tries, but customer service was excellent.
