Hair arrived quickly

Wonderful!! I ordered the wrong shade and they were very accommodating. They sent me the right color with no charge.

I cancelled my order before it had been shipped but was told it had already been processed and couldn't be cancelled, when in fact it hadn't even left your warehouse yet.

They were very helpful! The first one did not match, but the second one was perfect. Customer service was excellent, responded quickly and delivered!

The first one that I ordered did not match my hair color. The staff was so wonderful and they replaced it and gave me a new one at no cost and shipped it immediately. They were wonderful.

I would like to return my order but no one got back to me when I reached out.

Wonderful customer service

I am writing regarding Order #TH37957GG. I keep receiving emails asking me to review my purchase, but I never actually received my hair extensions. There is nothing for me to review except my disappointment. I placed this order in good faith, paid in full, and waited patiently, but the package never arrived. I have checked my mailbox, my porch, my building, and with my neighbors. There is no delivery notice, no package, and no communication from your company about a delay or a shipping problem.
