Very easy experience

thought it was a money back guarantee but only if you do the "free" color match which i didn't realize was an option

Would have preferred to not have to find someone to sew the clip or comb back in after the 2nd time I wore it.

I’m trying to return my product for a color match but I’m not sure how to even start a return

I purchased from ThatHair after seeing advertisements for “Easy Returns,” a “30 Day Guarantee,” and a “100% Color Match Guarantee.” After receiving the product, I experienced scalp irritation and a rash and requested a return. My issue had nothing to do with color, shade, fit, or appearance. Instead of addressing the reported adverse reaction, the company repeatedly focused on whether I had used a Digital Color Match Service. I was ultimately told I was not eligible for a standard return

Didn’t work in my hair

They were very helpful with my order making sure it was perfect.

Website is pretty accurate with the color/style. Seemed to take a while to receive them ( always does when you're anxious to get something). They have a return policy, but didn't need to use it. Keepers !

The hair quality is really bad. I wish I could get a refund. My hair didn’t even last an hour without it getting completely tangled and messed up and when I tried to comb it, it got even worse.
