Appreciate the follow up and communication throughout the process of ordering but process but won't wear the hair extensions they are too light in color and have to figure out how i could possibly get the band tight enough it stays in place

Took several emails to get a response and there are undocumented and very vague and unclear rules about the return policy. You should remove hassle free returns from your website.

The product just wasn't right for me. Plain and simple. During the process of asking for your return process, you asked if the color was correct and if I used your color match assistance. I replied that the color was off a bit but that wasn't the main reason it didn't work for me. Apparently, that answer was reason to not offer me a refund. Not nice.
