Just bad

Not much to say just ordered online and shipped to me. Time frame of shipment was good but not a lot of interaction to rate.

Completely false information posted on the website regarding the return policy. The full policy is only shared once you request to return.

I bought to add length. The extensions are too thin to add length …and just so so for volume. I will never use them. You get what you pay for. Cheap extensions equal cheap quality.

I need to exchange them for a different color and there is no direction on how to do it

The extensions themselves are fine as far as the hair quality but the color was way off.

the website description is deceitful and misleading. you cannot style the hair like your regular hair- it does not respond to heat and becomes a tangled frizzy mess with no curl after a few uses

Junk asked for refund even though color was fine it’s to large for my head and shows at the sides was refused because I didn’t use the hidden mandatory color picker scammer

Was not happy with my order only offered a partial refund

I did make the mistake in order twice, on the first one I didn’t hear back, so over a little of a week later I ordered again. So now I have the two orders., but it be OK my mistake. I’ll just keep the other one.. though I did send an email asking if I could return one set and get my money back but the email I got back, when I read that it seems that it was my mistake.
