Terrible quality

The products is nothing like the commercial. The commercial doesn't even show that you have to clip the hair. Totally misleading.

The company has not responded to my email for assistance, other than a generic bot response explaining that they're too busy and will get to me when they can.

If I can swap for a darker color it would be great

They don’t stay , the hair feels strange and it says you can curl it. I followed all the directions and nope Looks fake

Great quality product for the price. I do feel like there should be a link in the color match process to submit any additional pics needed instead of feeling had to start the whole process over. Would still recommend this product very highly.

Is there any way to get better hair on the Halos that don't tangle and then freeze up? I don't think I'm the only one experiencing this I've ordered several Halos every single one does this Within the first month of wearing it. I would pay more only if I could get hair that doesn't tangle like this it's so frustrating because I love the Halos they fit nice they don't come out.

I sent email about returning due to color and short hair but was told once open cant return it. I pushed back and got a latest answer of restock fee plus all shipping too and from. I thought you promised good color match. If I cant return bad color how does that promise work?
