Need better tutorial for uses.

The string broke now it is no good, I will need to send back

I can’t use the strain or the wavy one cause they won’t stay in and it’s my understanding. I can’t return them.

It took over a week from the time of the order for them to ship.

First order took over 3 weeks was delivered to the wrong house . Replacement order was disappointing to short and won’t adjust to my head size and comes are not attached completely

Soft luxurious waves

I had to send a couple of emails and each one was returned before the end of the day. On top of that, the customer service representatives were friendly, helpful, and it’s obvious the company wants to make women feel great about their hair again because when my first two haloes that I ordered didn’t fit my expectations they sent me two more free of charge. That’s a great company! For that reason, I’m going to tell every woman I know about ThatHair!

Questionable company. Bad policies for returns, that is, if you ever receive it. I want a full refund for something I haven’t received. I was told by a customer service rep that they couldn’t deliver due to wrong delivery address provided. I sent a screenshot of the order receipt which clearly shows correct address. Said I don’t want it anymore and was told they would need to receive back at warehouse and resend. I clearly stated don’t resend just refund. Still haven’t heard back from them a day later. Stay away from this company.

Customer service is awful. Wouldn’t not get back to me promptly to resolve my issue. I kept asking same question in hopes for an answer and wouldn’t get a response! I emailed and used messenger. Just a really awful experience with communication. On top of that having to keep hair pieces I can’t use and no one wants.
