Very wonderful customer service and help!

The curls doesn’t look even and I was not it doesn’t curl with hair curler. The customer service terrible to deal with.

The size I received was too short for my hair and too big for my head. Rachel sent me out a corrected order with my preferred length and color and was so nice and polite and professional and sent me tutorials on fitting the halo to my head. This company has been great to work with.

Refund process from Canada is horrible.

I have not bought hair extensions in a long time and those company really made the experience so easy and they had great options to choose from.

It took so long to get here that I thought it was never coming.

It was fine to order, waited almost a month. The items never came.

Hair material is very good and soft. Light weight. I even forget that I am wearing hair extensions.
