No shipping updates. Took a bit longer than expected. The quality of the hair just isn't great for wearing. Maybe great for a single photo session, but any actual wear would be tangle city!

Took longer than expected to receive. Ended up missing the return window as it showed up after I left for vacation.

I need to know how to return these extensions and receive a refund.

Rerun policy is terrible. Not worth it to try and return. After shipping costs and restocking fee it’s a bust. Also color match process with photo not well advertised until after you receive the extensions. Extensions were really thin not full like on the website and demo videos.

Return policy deceiving

Pretty easy to put on and when I pulled out some of my natural hair over it it looked completely mine! Just need to know where the bottom is supposed to hang you said to press it near the occipital bone That's at the very bottom but you say to a t part the hair at the crown

I am upset because the color didn't match my hair and the extensions were a bit difficult for me to put on.

Lies to get money.

It’s OK it’s just a little difficult for me to put in when I have arthritis in my shoulders so I wear it when I can and then don’t most of the time

I tried to curl it and it took the curl out. I followed directions to a tee and nothing worked. I ended up ordering another one. So i am out $59. Not happy. But i do love the new one.

Only bummer was it took almost 2 weeks to receive them.
