the shade I bought was not what it came in the package. It looked totally different. It looked too blonde. I do not like returning things. It’s a hassle for me. I worked in the medical field. I do not have time to return things. I’m very disappointed.

For me it was more fun shopping than actually using the product.

I got my hair damaged it looked like it was ironed before I contacted customer service to ship back and get a refund they said they can't accept return which that is your return policy on website so now I sent so many emails to customer service to ask to ship back items and get a full refund until now I did not received my money back
