The color match as awful and no one would help with a return!

Does not match

I ordered express shipping and it took 2 weeks to get here. DHL took their time and then had to wait for usps to deliver. The straight extensions look good but after about 3-4 hours, I got a headache.

You had wonderful customer service. My experience trying to get help was much better than I expected. The wrong colors and unusable product is the only thing I don’t like. But I loved your customer service.

I want to return, but that hair will not respond.

Customer service was nice enough to refund me half of my money. I’m still dissatisfied about the product as I did a BOGO 50% so one never even made it out of the wrapping because I was so disappointed with one. If you say your money back if not completely satisfied then you need to stand by your word, opened or not packaging.

First of all, you can tell this is not real hair. You can tell it’s some kind of synthetic crap. The website raves about how you can curl/ style it and that is bullshit. It cannot whatsoever be styled. Don’t waste your money. I wish I could get my money back!

Arrived one week from order date which is not bad. Ease of use is similar to videos on how to apply.

The hair is soft but The halos did get ratted a bit after wearing. I’m guessing that’s something to expect from synthetic hair, which is fine. Overall the color was great and the feel
