Difficulty scrolling in the phone

You pushed a delivery on me after you failed to deliver on time and or doesn't match my color on top of it all.

Shopping experience was great but my curly hair won’t hold a curl or wave after brushing it out(it was sooo tangled) and my straight one halo string broke right away poor quality for the price I paid

Customer Service makes you jump through hoops to try to get your $ back & then, at best, will only offer a partial refund. Total scam!

Slow shipping process and hair is stiff

Horrible quality. Hair feels like plastic and doesn’t look natural at all. Website says "easy returns" but then they only offer a 35% refund if you’re not happy with the product.

I wasn't aware the hair was overseas. It seemed to take forever to get here and then when it was in the USA, it took a wide trip over Ohio a few times.
