I'm not sure how anyone wouldn't want the bridge if you by the shades. In my opinion it should be part of the package even if you have to add the price to it.

Ryse chose to ship my item with a third rate company I've never heard of. While they claim to have delivered my package, it's nowhere to be found. Ryse's support was entirely unhelpful, and the shipping company is unwilling to help. I've been forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I urge anyone considering Ryse products to look for an alternative, as this company has terrible customer service. If you absolutely need to purchase a Ryse product, be sure to buy it somewhere else

The customer service experience is absolutely terrible. You can’t speak to a human being. You can get through via some type of chat. The chat takes a long time, is unreliable, and is often unresponsive. Short, the shopping experience is just remarkably bad.

The sprocket is cheap. Totally wore out after a couple use. Tried it on my friend’s super light shade too and the second sprocket wore out as well. It’s basically garbage. The device is unusable without a usable sprocket. Customer service stopped responding after I paid for the shipping for the sprocket.
